EVENT
INSURANCE REFUND OPPORTUNITY

This is event insurance covering your exhibit
space at each expo. It is not the same as
your product liability insurance. These two
insurances are unrelated and totally different.

your exhibiting contract.

TO SUBMIT CERTIFICATE:
Have your insurance agent send the completed
certificate naming TCC as additional
insured to Shoff Darby Companies (our
insurance agent). The certificate must
be complete, accurate and received before
deadline. Do
NOT send the certificate to Target
Communications!

WHEN
CERTIFICATE MUST BE RECEIVED (by our
insurance agent):
Any time prior to 5:00 p.m. EASTERN
TIME, the Wednesday prior to each expo.
Certificate will not be accepted if
received after that time; you will then
be covered by the show insurance policy
provided by Target Communications and
there will be no refund.
YOUR
AGENT MUST:
Include business phone number.
List your exhibiting name (if different
from the company name on the insurance
policy).
If this information isn’t provided,
and we have a question, we may not know
who to contact, in which case you would
get no refund.
CERTIFICATE
APPROVAL/REJECTION
Insurance certificate approval/rejection
will come from Shoff Darby Companies. If
there is a problem, a Shoff Darby representative
will contact your insurance agent -- if
Shoff Darby has the necessary contact and
identification information. Have your agent
call Shoff Darby (860-283-6640) if there
are questions.
REFUND
-- Refunds will be mailed the first week
after each expo to those who qualify for
a refund.
Shoff Darby issues a refund and sends it
directly to you. There will be NO insurance
certificates checked at any expo, and NO
refunds made at any expo.
INSURANCE
COVERAGE WITHOUT CERTIFICATE
If your insurance agent cannot provide an
approved certificate or you choose not to
provide one, you will be insured through
the event insurance that is included with
your booth fee.
